Shipping

We ship within the United States only.
Shipping is a flat $15 per order, sent via USPS.
Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information when it ships.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MOHIVE watch. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

The watch must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and included accessories.

Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.

How it works

1. Email sheansiaffa@gmail.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. We will reply with return instructions.

3. Ship the watch back securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, or ship your exchange.

Please note

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns that are worn, damaged, or missing packaging may be refused or refunded only in part.
